Stourbridge Running Club had just three racers out this weekend, ahead of next week's Birmingham Marathon and Half Marathon. At the Chester Marathon, Louise Collins had the chance to represent England following her performance in Manchester earlier this year when she finished in 3:04. Unfortunately, due to injury, she was not able to repeat her performance, finishing in 3.29.
At the Bells of Pattingham, Mel Williams completed the undulating, off-road 10k course in 54:39.
And at the Royal Parks Half Marathon in central London, Jon Taylor took on a course that ran through four of London's eight Royal Parks and finished in 1.53.37.
